1.Two banks were raided, Zenith and First banks. More alarmingly, a police station is just across the road

4.The bandits numbered to 10, that’s according to the Lagos Police
Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Kenneth Nwosu. Reports, however, peg the figure at 16
5.Four persons were injured in the attack, including a teenage apprentice ‘vulcanizer’
6.The robbers burnt three Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs) which they drove to the banks. And that was after they had removed the number plates
7.The robbers made away with N80m from the raid. N20m of which was meant to be loaded to the Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
8.Witnesses claim the gang was the same set that robbed the area some three weeks ago to this attack
9.Police have offered N5m for information which would aid the arrest of the bandits. This was announced by the PPRO
10.The robbers escaped through the Ongin jetty along the Kosoko waterfront
