With scientists ever studying the elements of happiness, it is no surprise that we can now learn how to be jolly and joyful and joyous. You can learn the tricks of everyday happiness!

And here they are :
- Smile more and be positive.
- Exercise everyday for 7 minutes.
- Sleep well and restfully.
- Spend more time with friends and family.
- Enjoy sunshine, go outdoors for at least 20 minutes.
- Help others with money and your time.
- Plan your vacation or break from work (even if you don’t go eventually).
- Meditate – take time off from everything.
- Live closer to your office (or wherever you work ).
- Be grateful.
- Grow older – as older people are happier.
