2 girls leap from window as house burns

Two girls narrowly escaped an  inferno at Sandy Springs, Atlanta, Georgia (USA)  on Tuesday, June 30, 2015. The fire reportedly destroyed the homes of 29 people from 11 different families.

The two girls escaped by leaping from the third floor window, moments after the house was engulfed in flames. The two women were spotted at the window by neighbours before fire trucks reached the scene. Rescuer  Diego Silva told the press, “I heard someone banging on the window. You could see the window all broken, so we just ran over there and helped them out”.
