A glass of red wine at night keeps you healthy – Study

Red wine has its benefits, a new study reveals.

The study was carried out on 224 people who had diabetes and never tasted red wine. They were told to drink a glass of either mineral water, dry white wine or red wine every night.

The researchers from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel found out that the red wine drinkers had their HDL (High Destiny Lipoprotein) cholesterol increased than the group that drank water.  And that they had a better quality sleep.
