A visit to the shop where Seun Egbeegbe allegedly stole N2 million iPhones

24 hours after Seun Egbeegbe got the beating of his life, with bruises and a bloodied mouth to show for it, following allegations of theft of 9 iPhone handsets worth over N2 million, calm has returned to Computer Village  (lkeja, Lagos) shop, the scene of the disgraceful episode.

Today  (Wednesday, November 23, 2016) Kaalcech Innovation and Consultancy on 9, Medical Road, Ikeja, was not the bedlam it was yesterday.

When encomium.ng reporters visited, it was quiet.

Unlike yesterday where a crowd gathered in the morning to snap pictures of the movie marketer and socialite holding iPhones he reportedly stole, not a lot of people were around.

When we attempted to speak with the  sales boy we met about the theft, he quickly directed us to the Chairman of the market’s association. He refused to speak, claiming only the Chairman could speak on it.

At the Chairman’s office, we were told to wait for him.  But after some time, we were informed that he was not going to be around today.  That we should check tomorrow.

It appears there is now a conspiracy of silence over the alleged theft which went viral yesterday.
