He served as an Accounts Clerk with UAC of Nig Ltd between 1974 and 1978. He worked in various departments at UBA Plc from 1978 to 1981. The search for more knowledge took him to the UK between 1978 and 1981, where he qualified as Chartered Accountant.
On return to Nigeria, he served as a youth corper with the foremost Accountancy firm of Akintola Williams Deloitte and was retained after the service year. He was exposed between 1981 and 1984 to world of activities in manufacturing, banking, insurance and aviation sectors of the Nigerian economy.
In 1984, he joined Fototek Industries Ltd., as its pioneer Internal Audit Manager and recorded landmark achievements which gave birth to Photo Palace Ltd., Prints Specialty Ltd., Ess-Ay Holdings Ltd., Top Communication Ltd and Rite Foods Ltd.
His over a quarter of a century’s experience at Ess-Ay Holdings Ltd and its subsidiaries saw him through several leadership posts, including Group Audit Manager, Controller of Operations, General Manager (Operations), Executive Director, Fin/Admin, amongst others. He was in the saddle as Group Managing Director of EHL and its Subsidiaries, April 2005-2010 when he retired to float his own company.
