Abuja fans have uncharacteristically shunned the ongoing Super Eagles crucial AFCON qualifier match against Sudan.
The sports authorities had hoped their decision to throw the gates of the stadium open to fans would guarantee a full capacity stadium but they were wrong as the stadium is practically empty.
The Keshi-led Eagles have been uninspiring of late with highly disappointing results leaving the team at the bottom of their qualifying group. The African Champions are now on the verge of not qualifying for the 2015 AFCON.
The first half has ended in a goalless draw at the Abuja stadium.
