Actress Kikelomo Kuojo survives auto crash – ‘I thank God for sparing my life’’

FAST rising actress cum film maker, Kikelomo Kuojo, a.k.a Tetisimi, has every reason to be grateful to God at the moment as she recently survived an auto crash which perhaps could have sent her to the great beyond.

An industry source informed ENCOMIUM Weekly that the talented role interpreter’s Acura Legend which she acquired sometime in March 2015, got involved in an accident in Ita Maga area of Ikorodu, Lagos, on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, and it was badly damaged.  However, Kuojo was said to have come out unhurt.

“God saved Kikelomo Kuojo on Tuesday, September 15, 2015.  If not, it would have been a different story now.  I learnt her car, Acura Legend somersaulted in Itamaga, Ikorodu while trying to avoid colliding with a fast moving vehicle coming in the opposite direction.

“I think she suddenly applied brake which led to the car somersaulting to the other side of the road.  I thank God for her life.  I learnt she wasn’t injured but her car was damaged.  She has not even recovered from the shock.”

On Sunday, September 20, 2015, ENCOMIUM Weekly contacted the Ijebu Ode, Ogun born entertainer on the incident, and she expressed gratitude to God for sparing her life.

“First, I must thank God for His protection.  I never knew I will be talking like this again.  It happened on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at Itamaga, Ikorodu, Lagos. I was trying to manoeuver my way so as not to hit a vehicle coming directly opposite mine.  As I suddenly applied brake, the vehicle coming behind me just hit my car, Gboa!  That’s all I heard.  I met myself on the other side of the road with many people to my rescue.

“I was surprised that I am still alive.  I didn’t even sustain much injury.  It’s only that I am yet to recover from the shock.  And my car was badly damaged.  But in all, I thank God for His mercies and protection and all the good Samaritans that quickly attended to me.”
