How does it feel to be married?

1-DSC_0356I feel fantastic. I’ve heard about how you feel before now, but I thought people were exaggerating, but now that I’ve done it myself, I’ve experienced the whole idea. It has been very exciting. We give glory to God for allowing everyone to come here safe and looking forward to a wonderful life together with God.

What was the attraction, what made you say ‘Yes’?

Our love for God, family orientation, the way she takes care of people and love people, to me that a complete package.

What are your expectations in this union?

We will complement each other. We’ll do our best to follow that example of our God and His son Jesus Christ.

Have you discuseds how many kids you are expecting?

We did. I’ll stand by what my wife said, the number will remain a secret to us.

How does it feel to be married?

I feel very great and the most exciting is that I’m getting married to someone I really love. I know we now have many years to spend together the way Christ has brought us together in love and unity.

What was the attraction, what made you said ‘Yes’?

Trust me, he’s the best. There’s no particular word to use to describe him but jus the best and everything.

What are your expectations in this union?

I hope for the best. God being our guide and the foundation on which we’ll build our home. We’ll get the best of everything.

I feel good my last child is getting married. So, it means I’ve got my freedom – the first, the second and the last one now. I give God the glory for it’s the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in my eyes.

What would be your advice for them?

I will advice them to be faithful to each other and to fear God. Once you fear God, all other things will fall in place.

What will you miss about you son?

I’m not going to miss him, because he’s still my son and he will continue to be my son forever.

What has sustained your marriage all these years?

Faithfulness to my wife and sincerity of purpose in all the things I’m doing.

Give them your prayer?

My prayer for them is that they will have good children like Folami has been a good child to me and that the blessings of God will continue to be upon them.

I’m very happy for them. It’s God’s doing. It’s not by power, nor by might, but by the grace of God and I thank God for what he has been doing for us.

What would be your advice for them?

They should allow love to continue to reign in their house. With love, everything will become possible and it will well with them.

What as sustained your marriage all these years?

Like I’ve said, love and tolerance. They must be able to tolerate each other.

Give them your prayer?

My prayer is that they will be fruitful and they will have happy home in Jesus name Amen.

I feel very great because this is my last son and I’m very grateful to God.

What would be your advice for them?

They should love each other; respect each other which is mutual. They should serve and love God and allow God to be in charge. Once God is in charge, every other thing will be well for them.

What will you miss about you son?

I don’t think I will miss anything about my son. He will always be my son. He’s such a loving son that he will not trade his parents for anything. As much as he will love and cherish his wife, I will not miss anything as his parent.

What has sustained your marriage all these years?

It is God almighty and understanding between me and my husband.

Give them your prayer?

My prayer is that the marriage shall be fruitful.
