Alaroye Publisher, Alao Adedayo sends Daughter on Blissful Marital Journey

Mr. ALAO Adedayo, the PUBLISHER of Alaroye, the highly successful Yoruba newspaper, send forth his daughter, Adebisi Peace on a blissful marital journey on Saturday, August 1, 2015.

The union between Adebisi Peace and Adewale Olamide Olaniyi was witnessed by family, friends, associates and well-wishers at RCCG Holiness Model Parish, Magodo GRA Phase 1, Isheri (Lagos).

Pastor Olumuyiwa Akano led officiating ministers to join the lovely couple.

A colourful reception, chaired by Justice Abiodun Akinyemi, at OPIC Event Centre, Klm 2, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Isheri North (Ogun State), paraded more excitemenet and interesting episodes.

The wedding train had Ashaolu Oluwamayokun as best man and Adedayo Adeola as maid of honour.

Groomsmen were Olalusi Oluwafemi, Owolabi Kayode, Kingsley Victor, Olaniyi Adegboyega, Olatunbosun Toluwase Davies and Olaniyi  Adekunle; and bride’s maids roll call had Oguntade Gbemisola, Adedayo Olamide, Erikitola Aderinsola, Akinyemi Fisayo, Ajaoyeoba Damilola and Abaoba Olamide.

Oladipo Eyitomi and Adebambo Ademidun were page boys; Akinpelu Moyinoluwa and Adaju Tomiwa played the role of bride’s princesses.

Ring bearer was Oridupa Oluwasolare and little bride was Diekoloreoluwa Lawanson.

The nuptials was kicked off with a traditional engagement on Friday, July 31, at Tender Care School, Magodo Estate, Isheri (Lagos).

For 19 years, Alaroye has become the standard bearer of Yoruba newspapers, and along the years Akede (another Yoruba weekly) and Flashback (English language periodical) were added to the stable.

Adebisi Peace, 27, who attended Babcock University, Ilisan (Ogun) and University of Lagos, works at Tender Care School in Magodo Phase I, Isheri (Lagos). Her beau, Olumide Adewale Olaniyi is 31 and attended University of Ibadan (Oyo) where he studied Economics.
