It depends on the taste of the couple. You have to consider a lot of factors too – the vendors that will be used, the type of décor to consider and the hall. Hall varies in sizes and prices.
The vendors will determine how much will be needed. The higher the taste, the more the money.
What facilities should the venue have for such an event?
Enough parking space, air conditioning, adequate security because of the calibre of guests that will attend. There should be a place for the couple to change. The sitting arrangement must not be choking. Some people do 10 to a table but for a classy and elegant wedding, it should be six or even five. Then, a clean rest room is very important. The event venue must be a place to easily locate.
What are the side attractions that can make a wedding classy?
Music must be good. The MC must know his onions. He should be able to carry the guests along. The crowd must not be bored. The food must go round. Nobody should complain that he didn’t get food to eat. The arrangement of the décor also matters.
