APC governors to meet Jonathan over dwindling allocation

Governors of states controlled by the All Progressives Congress (APC), yesterday (Wednesday, October 22, 2014) accused the federal government of starving their states of funds in view of their dwindling allocation.

The governors who met under the aegis of the Progressive Governors Forum (PGF) in Ilorin, Kwara State, vowed to meet President Goodluck Jonathan over the issue.

At the meeting were Rochas Okorocha of Imo State; Rotimi Amaechi (Rivers), Ibrahim Geidam (Yobe), Kashim Shettima (Borno),  Abiola Ajimobi (Oyo), Rauf Aregbesola (Osun), Rabiu Kwankwaso (Kano), Abdulfatah Ahmed (Kwara) who was the host and Dr. Fayemi (Ekiti).
