Beyoncé shops for apartment alone as marriage break up rumours intensify

As the split rumours of Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s marriage continue to make headlines, the singer was recently spotted shopping for an apartment alone, shortly after the infamous elevator bust-up between her sister, Solange Knowles, and hubby.

Sources claim that the singer was looking at a $21.5 million Chelsea penthouse without her rapper husband, which is unusual considering he is always heavily involved in their rest estate dealings.
With the apartment measuring 4,045-square-foot (compared to the couple’s current 8,309-square-foot Tribeca home), it is believed the new place would be purely for Beyoncé and daughter Blue Ivy.
