Bishop Oyedepo splashes N100 million on block of flats for pastors

Billionaire preacher and founder of Living Faith Church, aka Winners Chapel has splashed N100 million in the acquisition of a block of flats along Ipaja Road, Alimosho LCDA.

ENCOMIUM Weekly’s check revealed that the clergy acquired the building earlier this year solely for the accommodation of the ministry pastors. Located along Ipaja  Ayobo Road, Water Bus-Stop, the estate has about 10 blocks of flats tastefully built.

The bishop who is known for sparing no cost in making sure his pastors welfare is paramount in his heart furnished the flats with all necessary gadgets and house hold appliances.

Comprising of six flats, each flat boasts of three bed rooms. We gathered that a flat goes for 15 million.

The estate was built for the rich and mighty. ENCOMIUM Weekly’s findings revealed that it costs a fortune to either let or acquire, and because of this most of the flats are still vacant.

Corroborating our findings, a spokesperson who pleaded anonymity said, “It is true the building was acquired by the church for its pastors. The estate is quite expensive, that is why most of them are vacant. I cannot disclose the amount they bought it.”

Bishop Oyedepo has pitched his tent in real estate for quite a while now. He just completed the first phase of Africa’s biggest housing estate. He has landed properties both at home and abroad.
