Bukola Fasuyi fires back at critics over her undying love for Ooni

‘It’s nobody’s business’, she thunders

Lagos based entertainer cum media consultant, Bukola Fasuyi has lashed out at her critics over her wish to become the next Olori of Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi (Ojaja 2) whose marriage to Benin, Edo beauty, Zynab Wuraola Otiti crashed weeks back. She added there’s nothing wrong in expressing one’s feelings.
Speaking with encomium.ng on Monday, October 9, 2017, the brain behind Lady of Africa and Empowerment Foundation expressed dissatisfaction about the kinds of comments trailing her statement in an interview she granted a magazine recently where she expressed her affection for the royal majesty. She, however, enjoined anyone who is not comfortable with her statement on the influential monarch to mind his or her business.
“I don’t know why people are just interested in making issues out of a none issue. Is there any crime in expressing one’s feelings? It’s true  I declared my love for Ooni because of what he stands for, especially his passion for peace and empowerment of the youth and less privileged which has to be in common with the values I also represent. If at all my wish is to marry him, whose business is that? I am not a gold digger as they’re thinking.”
Meanwhile, the busty actress cum entrepreneur has earlier shared the story via her Facebook page, stating, “My heart beats for Ooni. I love tradition and its value system and anything that will promote it draws my attention. I admire the Ooni a lot and that stems from his position as the paramount ruler of Yoruba land and his continuous show of passion for empowering the people. I love helping people and appreciate anybody or effort aimed at reducing poverty and want in our society. I appreciate Kabiyesi and love him with every piece of my heart.”

However, this has been generating reactions from different corners, especially the entertainment industry. But when contacted by encomium.ng, Fasuyi said she cared no hell about people’s perception of her feelings for the number one Yoruba Oba.
