Cab driver claims victim raped him in Uber trial

A Bangladeshi-born cab driver (Mohammed Rahman),34, who moved to the United Kingdom in 2006, accused of raping a drunk passenger in Hackney, London, has counter claimed that he was actually the victim, during a court session at the Old Bailey.

Accused of demanding sex instead of fare from a young lady on September 8, 2014, married Rahman claimed the alleged victim said she would scream unless he had sex with her.  But she insisted that he raped her after tearing her clothes when she could not pay his fees.
