Celebs who are landlords in Lekki

Interestingly, many celebrities are landlords. Most of them are investing in real estate. Some even own property outside the country as well. This week, ENCOMIUM Weekly presents celebrities who are landlords in highbrow axis of Lekki, Lagos.

 

ALI BABA

Halleluyah Akpoborome Atuyota, fondly known as the King of Comedy, Ali Baba has sure made a fortune in the industry with his eye-popping mansion in NICON Town, Lekki axis of Lagos.

Dubbed Heaven on Earth, the haven is a duplex of three sitting rooms, seven bedrooms, a swimming pool with Jacuzzi in its master’s bedroom. It also boasts of a floor to ceiling size cinema.

The lover of high-end breed of dogs spared no cost in getting comfort for himself and his family. His house also comes with an electrically controlled garage.

 

AYO MAKUN

Comedian Ayo Makun has no doubt been reaping the reward of hard work and robust career with the unveiling of a haven home duplex in Lekki. The beautifully furnished home is indeed a sight to behold with state-of-art interior done by his pretty wife, Mabel.

AY spared no cost to make his abode an envy of his colleagues with the way he lavishly furnished the house. The talented comedian reportedly has other landed property in Lekki, Lagos as well.

 

2FACE IDIBIA

Music superstar, 2Face Idibia owns not just one property in Lekki. In March 2015, he unveiled his five bedroom duplex at Richmond Gate Estate, Lekki, Lagos.

The luxury edifice boasts of a five unit bedroom duplex with a gym, mini studio, two sitting rooms, among other personalized components. The African Queen creator also has property in other choice areas in Lagos state. Innocent Ujah Idibia acquired two property duplexes in Lekki the same year. It was reported that he allegedly coughed out N400 million to become the proud owner.

 

SID

Mavin Records artiste, Dr. SID became a landlord in 2013, with the unveiling of his Lekki home. The talented artiste, who couldn’t contain his joy at becoming a landlord, was the first to share the picture of his home on his Instagram page. The property was development by CIC Property Developers. It cost the artiste millions of naira to put together.

 

DAVIDO

Pop sensation, David Adeleke acquired his first house in 2012. His duplex is in the better part of Lekki Phase I axis of Lagos. The Omo Baba Olowo crooner spared no cost at becoming a landlord.

He allegedly paid N140 million to become the proud owner of the edifice. Davido has other landed property both home and abroad.

 

YOMI CASUAL

Top Nigerian fashion designer and comedian AY’s brother, Yomi Makun joined the league of landlords in Lekki in 2014, with the unveiling of his beautiful duplex which is reportedly worth N60 million.

With white interior that is wondrous he owns the fashion house, Yomi Casual.
