New research shows that taking cider vinegar daily can reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack.

Cider vinegar is known to cut down cholesterol level. Scientists found that drinking 30 ml of vinegar diluted in water every day before food would cut cholesterol by 13 percent.

Drinking cider vinegar has a lot of other benefits. It can clear acne, relieve pain of arthritis and also promote weight loss. Interestingly, acetic acid in cinder vinegar has a protective effect on the immune system.
