Club Quilox represents Nigeria in the Nightclub & Bar Convention in Las Vegas

Club Quilox, a luxury nightclub on Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Victoria Island, Lagos, represented Nigerian nightclubs at the prestigious Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show in Las Vegas, United States. The convention is said to be the most important event in the nightlife and bar industry. 44,000 industry professionals in the leisure and entertainment industry around the world gathered in Las Vegas, the world’s entertainment and leisure capital. There were opportunities to attend 100 events over three days across a dozen venues in the Sin City.

BLK B (26)According to the Chairman of Quilox, Shina Peller, “Club Quilox is determined to provide a world class service to Nigerians. We want our guests to enjoy world class club facilities and services just like it is in the biggest cities in the world.

“This is the reason we have decided to attend the convention for the second time. Quilox was there last year even before we opened and we have also attended this year to gain business advice and continuing professional development in the strive to bring new products and services that will add value to the club and give our guests a superb premium service every single time.”

The three day event which started on March 24 and ended on March 26 had in attendance a lot of famous and renowned professionals in the nightclub and bar industry. Famous bar boss and host of the TV show, Jon Taffer, widely celebrated and responsible for the successes of many Bars in the US was there giving advice and presentations on best practice. Several big companies were also present.

The convention also gave industry professionals the opportunity to acquire a year’s worth of business advice in three days. Attendees and participants were able to network and exchanged ideas and learnt how the nightclub business is being managed in every part of the world. Peller further added, ‘The night life and leisure industry in Nigeria has great potentials if developed and managed in a professional manner as is done in other big cities as it can generate more jobs for our unemployed youths and boost the nations tourism, entertainment and leisure industries.”
