Coffee is good for your liver – research

A new research by the American National Cancer Institute shows that those with higher coffee consumption had lower levels of abnormal liver enzymes – which in layman’s terms means it is good for your liver.

To arrive at this conclusion, the researchers looked at the coffee intake of 27,793 participants, 20 years of age or older, who provided coffee intake in a 24-hour period.

The team measured blood levels of several markers of liver function.
