Fast rising Comedian, Julius Akinlami, popularly known as Elenu and his pretty wife, Chinwe Anyanwu have welcomed a bouncing baby boy in far away United States of America (USA).

The ebony comedian shared the good news with ENCOMIUM Weekly on Friday, February 28, 2014, shortly after his wife put to bed a bundle of joy at San Ramon Regional Medical Centre, California, USA, at exactly 04:38EST (1:38pm Nigerian time).

“I am the happiest person on earth right now”, said the elated comedian, who was present during his wife’s labour.

He said, “I didn’t receive the news, it all happened in my presence. I witnessed it, and that was the first time I cried seeing my wife in labour. I give thanks to God.”

The excited mother, Chinwe, who has been in the States for months, also shared the joy of motherhood on her blackberry personal message (pm), “God be praised. Our little one is here! Wow! So, I finally get to see you after all these months! To God be the glory.”

She told ENCOMIUM Weekly, “It feels great to be a mother. I’m grateful to God, and my husband for being there always.”

The couple has christened the child Jaden Olamide Akinlami, with dedication holding in Lagos, later this year. The details of their return to the country is yet to be ascertained. When asked, the funny man said, “First, we need to be sure that the mother and the baby are strong enough to leave the hospital, then we can now decide the appropriate time to travel back home.”

The couple got married on Saturday, June 15, 2013, at Global Impact Church, Surulere, Lagos, after courting for about five years. It was a grand solemnization that saw families and friends celebrating with them.
