Davido, Wizkid, KCee, Tiwa Savage, Olamide, Phyno and Flavour battle for Artiste of the Year

The nominees’ list for The Headies, Nigeria’s biggest and most innovative music awards, was released on Tuesday (September 30) and it features the equally biggest and best music acts in the country leading to the glamour and glitz ceremony on December 14, 2014.

The list was unveiled last week at a press briefing at HipTV office on Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos, with some of the nominees in attendance.

This year’s nominations were selected from outstanding works from July 2013 to June this year.

And some of the most active performers in the Nigerian music industry on the list include: 2Face Idibia, Davido, Timi Dakolo, Sheyi Shay, Wizkid, KCee, Phyno, Olamide, Ruby and others.
