Elizade Toyota boss, Michael Ade Ojo completes N500 million golf resort in hometown


MAN of means and chairman of Elizade Toyota, Chief Michael Ade Ojo is currently putting up a golf resort in his hometown, Ilara Mokun, Ondo State.  The golf resort, according to those who have seen it is of world standard with beautiful scenery.  The facility is very close to Elizade University, an institution established by the wealthy auto magnate.  The golf resort named Elizade Golf Resort is being put together by Total Golf Construction Company, an America-based golf course builders and is said to accommodate 18-hole golf course for the game, a driving space and other game practices.

According to ENCOMIUM Weekly’s is checks, over N500 million would have gone into the construction of the facility which boats of a 200-room hotel, a water park and other world class facilities.  The auto magnate who loves the game of golf no doubt is transforming his hometown into a mega city with the state-of-the-art golf resort.  The latest facility will also put that part of town on world golf map.  Only last year (2011), the mogul swelled the number of private universities in Nigeria with the completion of Elizade University in Ilara Mokun, Ondo State which is said to have gulped billions.  The university is about to commence academic operations.

The 74 year-old Chief Michael Ade Ojo has invested in other areas of human endeavours. He is into real estate, shipping, telecoms, insurance, etc.  His flagship company, Elizade Toyota is a world class brand which he started small many years ago.
