Emeka Ossai moves into luxury Lagos home – ‘Being a landlord is wonderful’

2016 began on a very pleasant note for the household of Nollywood actor . ENCOMIUM Weekly gathered that the handsome dude unveiled his multi million naira mansion on January 2016. He rolled out the drums in celebration of a giant feat some of his contemporaries are struggling to attain.

Located in the highbrow ikeja, Lagos, the state-of-the-art edifice boasts of eight bedrooms with ample parking space. Sitting atop two plots of land, it is furnished to taste. The actor and his family has since made it their place of abode.

According to information pieced together by ENCOMIUM Weekly, the actor purchased the land a couple of years back, demolished the structure on it and erected an eye popping one to his satisfaction.

Family members, close colleagues of the actor were in attendance. The couple also celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary on the same day.

Speaking with ENCOMIUM Weekly, the elated landlord said, “It feels wonderful, looking back to seeing one or two things one has achieved. It is worth thanking God.”

However, he was mum on the figure that put the edifice in place. “It is a huge project, we thank God for it. It is worth a lot.”

Speaking further on their eighth anniversary, “It is wonderful from the day it started and nobody knew it would stay this long. You look around and you see beautiful children and a happy home, seeing some achievements, you have to thank God.”

Reflecting also on what has kept the marriage. “The determination to make it work, mutual respect, recognition and God, most especially. We came with our different experiences and God has been our strongest pillar.”

He also responded when asked if he has been tempted to call it quits.

“Sometimes it happens, there is no marriage that does not experience such but once you have the God factor, you know that everything is settled. We had our suspicions but, we are very matured now.”
