Yes, I find it difficult to settle my overhead cost. What I do is that I engage in multiple streams of income to fund the business. By being flexible, innovative and hard working, I have been able to maintain it.

Sincerely it’s been pretty difficult. What I do is that I discussed with my staffers on the situation of things. I commend them and try to make things bearable for them by bending some rules under normal circumstances. Then I motivate them to do more of profitable venture than spending long hours on things that does not profit us.
