I need to move the brand forward. My plan this year is to regularly rehearse to give my fans more satisfaction. Thank God for the new multi-million naira instruments I acquired recently. I already started putting things in place by getting a new engineer that will be managing the equipment in order to get better and balanced sound.

Also, there are plans to show my clients appreciation to make them feel special too. With all these, I believe 2015 will be a better year for me, business-wise.

OPE OLUWAFEMI, Oluwafemi Clothings

My major plan for 2015 is to expand my business. I found out that we have not really made moves in that direction, by God’s grace, we have started working seriously towards expansion of Oluwafemi brand, may God help us.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our clients this new year. And like we have always done, we have mapped out strategies to ensure that we remain competitive in today’s ever-changing world. We plan to stock a wide variety of gadgets, especially the most-recent of them, this year. We are also looking at reshuffling our pricing structure to suit our clients, who we believe are the backbone of our business.

My business plan is to move my brands (Miss Tourism Nigeria and Mr. Universe Nigeria) to the next phase. Make the brands to become meaning beyond just a glamour based brands but one that is adding value to lives and also making our society a better place. That will be done through synergy. And while at it, grow our financial structures to accommodate projects that are truly Nigerian and proudly African.

At Pressing Times Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services, we are stepping up our game by introducing our new state-of-the-art equipment. We want our customers to get value for their money. We are also offering free delivery anywhere in Lagos.

We officially open our male salon and hair lounge. A lot of promos is also in the offing for our loyal and new customers.

To make corrections on the lapses of the business in 2014 by improving on our services to our clients. And also make sure we create new ideas, new innovation for the business that will keep us on top and relevant in the business.

We will also empower and encourage our staff in order to achieve and get the goals set for the company.

Our core business plan in 2015 is to expand through diversification. We are definitely going to invest in other lines of more profitable businesses.

Much as we wouldn’t want to disclose all our plans because of competition, our goals is to become a bigger and more profitable business.

This is our year of consolidation. All the gains of our expansion over the years would be pulled together to berth one group with a group managing director and managers running the departments.

Our expectations are quite high. And by the grace of God, Lawrence & Company will take the lead this year.

This year, I want to improve on my skills by going for advanced courses in prints and designs. Also, to be a distinct brand by pursuing excellence and quality service.

The Christmas and New Year period was good, so I expect that this year would be good too. I will expand my stock this year, that is I will stock variety more than before. I used to have more of ladies wears, but I will balance it out with more menswear this 2015.
