Colleagues, family finally bade actress Moji Olaiya bye till they meet to part no more on Wednesday June 7, 2017, at the Ebony Vaults in Ikoyi, Lagos. Mojisola Christiana Raimot Olaiya was laid to rest and her final resting place was a tomb in a private cemetery on the island.
Colleagues, family and friends spoke passionately with ENCOMIUM Weekly of the late actress, the times they had with her and the memories she left with them.
How would you describe the deceased?
Moji Olaiya was a wonderful person. She was extremely wonderful. She was a God fearing person. She was an easy going person. She was also a hardworking person.
What will you miss about her?
I will miss Moji for some little reasons, because I saw Moji as a problem solver, even if she couldn’t solve it, she would try to tell you, how you would go about it. Because there was a time I called her for some issues and she was able to tell me how I would go about it. Moji was a wonderful person.
You’ve known her for how many years?
I have known Moji since she started acting, since 2000, I think her second Yoruba movie we shot it together, Gan Gan Aso by Toyosi Adesanya.
