‘Fayose, study handover notes’ – Fayemi’s Commissioner advises new governor

THE new governor of Ekiti, Ayodele Fayose, has been advised to stop embarrassing himself with spurious and ignorant comments about his predecessor (Kayode Fayemi).
Tayo Ekundayo, Fayemi’s Commissioner for Information, advised the governor, stating that Fayemi did not leave a debt of N84 billion.  That only N25 billion was raised in the capital market, with over N14 billion paid so far.
Ayodele Fayose was sworn in on Thursday, October 16, and during his inauguration claimed that Fayemi left a debt of N84 billion.
