AKEEMAKEEM SODEINDE RESURFACES
Ailing Movida Club owner, Akeem Sodeinde was in town on Tuesday night (October 8, 2013). We spotted him in a black M/Class Benz on Admiralty Road, Lekki, Lagos, while discussing with his brother, simply called SOS.
Before Akeem left the place, he dashed out money to fans who wished him quick recovery. The king of night life has been sick for a while now.

D’BANJ’S FIRST NIGHT AT ELEGUSHI BEACH

On Saturday, October 6, 2013, at exactly 2am, D’Banj was spotted at Elegushi Private Beach confessing it was his first time there, D’Banj was at Voodoo Bar all through his stay.
He left at 4:15am in a tinted Prado jeep.

FRED AMATA ROCKS AT D’PLACE – Star actor, Fred Amata was at D’Place by Papas on Wednesday, October 9, 2013. He came with a friend in a black Toyota Camry. While at the popular fun spot, Fred, 50, was well received by fans who took photographs with him as he was dancing. Fred Amata left D’Place at 4:15am.

PHENOMENON BOSS, FRANCIS AZUH IS BACK
Boss of Phenomenon Boutique, Francis Azuh, who travelled to Miami, Florida, USA, is back to the country. He arrived Nigeria on Tuesday, October 8, 2013.

BOVI IS ALSO IN TOWN
Standup comic, Bovi is also back from America. In a kind of paternity leave, Bovi’s wife delivered a baby girl over there.
The popular comedian cum actor now has two children, a boy and a girl.

AFRICA MAGIC VIEWERS AWARD HOTS UP
Come March 8, 2014, all roads will lead to one of the prestigious awards in Africa, Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award, in association with their partners, Mutlichoice and Amstel Malta are already crossing their ts and dotting there I’s in preparation for the grand event.
Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award is an acknowledgment and celebration of the contribution of pan African filmmakers, actors and technicians to the success of the continent’s film and television industries.
Next year’s edition will honour the rich entrepreneurial and creative spirit of the African filmmaker.
Submission of entries for interested filmmaker will close in October and nominees will be announced on Friday, November 22, 2013.
Voting is opened to the general public for specific category of nomination.

Millionaire businessman, Muka Amusan is out of the country as you read this. Spotted him at Finishing Saloon on Keffi Street, Ikoyi, Lagos on Sunday afternoon (October 6, 2013). He came in his green Mercedes Benz jeep with registration number, MUK 69. He traveled the following day.

DEWUNMI OGUNSANYA AND HIS STAFF
Chairman of Multichoice Nigeria, Dewunmi Ogunsanya who just returned from a trip to South Africa was spotted at his mansion with Ule Uyemi boldly written in front of it on Tuesday, October 8, 2013.
The Multichoice boss was actually dishing out instructions to his staff when we caught up with him.

FESTUS FUMUDOH BURIES DAD IN STYLE
Port Harcourt, Rivers State based oil and gas player, Festus Fumudoh is bereaved. He lost his 80 year old father on Tuesday, September 17, 2013, in Lagos after a brief illness. The deceased was buried at Atan Cemetery on Saturday, October 12, 2013.
A lavish reception followed at Airport Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos, immediately after interment.

ABIGAIL OSI JOINS TVC
Relationship expert and lifestyle columnist, Abigail Osi is set to join TVC as a script writer for their breakfast show, Your View. She would be working directly with Morayo Afolabi-Brown, the host of the show cherished by many.

ANJORIN COUTURE OFF TO THE STATES
Babatunde Anjorin of Anjoreen Couture has travelled out of the country again. He travelled to America on Friday, October 4, 2013. Learnt he travelled for business, and he’s expected back in a month.
Anjorin was also in New York weeks back for a fashion show.

Madam Grace Mbata, CEO, Gee’s Place on Admiralty Road, Lekki, Lagos, has just opened another business venture. It is called Gee’s Liqiour. And she deals in different kinds of liquor (wholesale and retail).

HOW TINUBU WAS WELCOMED HOME
Expectedly, National Leader of APC and former governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinibu returned to the country last weekend. The influential politician was received by party faithful and Oba of Lagos, Oba Akiolu at his residence on Bourdillion Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.

CHARLES AHIZE AND POLICE ESCORT
Obigbo leader, Charles Ahize was spotted at D’Place on Wednesday (October 9, 2013) night. He drove into the place in a black G.Wagon Benz jeep, with a police pickup van escort.
Ahize came with friends to the hangout at about 2am and left at exactly 4am.

DAVIDO BACK FROM LONDON
Rave of the moment, Davido is back from his London musical tour. He visited Voodoo Bar with his cousin and artiste, Shina Rambo on Sunday, October 6, 2013. Davido later joined D’Banj on his table with his manager, Kamal.

FRANK EDOHO TRAINS AT FUN TURF
Frank Edoho of Who Wants to Be A Millionaire trained at the celebrity pitch, Fun Truf, Lekki, Lagos. Edoho who came in his red Range Roveri jeep stepped out of the sport facility around 11pm. From there, he went to D’Place, Lekki, Lagos.

E-MONEY BACK FROM THE UK
Boss of Emmy Cargoes Limited, Emeka Okonkwo popularly known as E-Money returned to our shores on Wednesday, October 9, 2013. The big businessman and socialite was in the UK to welcome the newest member of the Okonwko family.
And that is a baby boy from his beloved wife, Juliet. Insiders told ENCOMIUM Weekly that E-Money would soon roll out the drums to officially welcome his boy. He has since resumed work.
