First Call: Davido and friends train at Fun Turf

Omo Baba Olowo crooner, Davido and friends were at Fun Turf training ground on Monday, February 15, 2016. He was there to play and exercise with the game of football.  HNK’s artistes, B-Red and Shina Rambo were also present

They came in a convoy of five jeeps. Davido came in a 2015 Range Rover.

 

NFF PRESIDENT, AMAJU PINNICK SHOPS AT MEGA PLAZA

On Friday, February 12, 2016, at about 2pm, spotted NFF President, Amaju Pinnick at Mega Plaza Shopping Mall, Lekki, Lagos. He drove in a tinted Range Rover jeep.

About five staff of Mega Plaza were seen carrying items he bought into his jeep. He gave the staff some money and drove off.

 

 

MAJEK FASHEK HOSTED BY SHARPBANDALLSTARS

Reggae maestro, Majek Fahek was hosted on Thursday, February 11, 2016, by the team of SharpBandAllStars at SS7  Lounge on Sapara Williams, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The event was initially booked for Bay Lounge, Lekki, but due to logistics problems, it was shifted to SS7  Lounge.

The event started with red carpet at 7:30pm.

 

 

TOYO BADMUS REUNITES WITH FAMILY

Florence Badmus, wife to marine engineer, Toyo Badmus returned to the country with their two daughters after spending a month in the United States of America.

They returned on Friday, February 12, 2016. Toyo Badmus went to pick them up from the airport and they drove down to Ajah where they reside.

 

 

RAYMOND ENEH CELEBRATES SON’S BIRTHDAY

Chief Raymond Eneh, CEO of Eneh Oil and Gas and Eneh Transport, celebrated his first son’s 10th birthday. The birthday party took place at their palatial mansion in Lekki on Saturday, February 13, 2016. All invited guests went home with assorted gift.

Jade Palace, a restaurant and club located on Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos which was closed down about a year ago has completed its renovation and set to be reopened for business.

ALON NELKEN TRAVEL TO THE US TO SEE FAMILY

Alon Nelken, Chairman, Mega Plaza, Victoria Island, Lagos jetted out to the US on Friday, February 12, 2016. He travelled to see his family who relocated to United States of America two years ago. Alon is expected back in the country in a week.

 

DERE OTUBU MOVES YACHT FOR MAINTENANCE

Mr. Dere Otubu, Chairman, Starco and Senforce Insurance whose yacht tagged New Jessey which used to anchor on Marina water due to some mechanical fault has been moved to a boat yard in Port Harcourt for maintenance.

 

 

AYO FAYOSE’S BROTHER SET TO OPEN ANOTHER CLUB

Mr. Isaac Fayose, younger brother to Ekiti Governor Ayo Fayose whose club, Alibi was shut down last year is about to open another club. This time, it’s in Ibadan.

The said property is nearly completed. We shall inform you about the name and the opening day in coming weeks.

 

 

SCHOOL 2 ENTERTAINMENT TALENT HUNT POSTPONED TILL EASTER

Rasheed Agbaje, CEO, School 2 Entertainment cancelled the yearly freestyle talent hunt which was supposed to take place on Valentine’s Day (Sunday, February 14, 2016). This was due to logistics. The talent hunt has been rescheduled for Easter.

Octogenarian lawyer/politician and elder statesman, Dr. Tunji Braithwaite jetted out of the country on Saturday, February 13, 2016 to the UK.  He’s expected back in two weeks.
