Vertigo Beach Bar at Elegushi Beach, Lekki, Lagos, which has undergone renovation reopened on Sunday, December 6, 2015. The anchor of the grand reopening as it was tagged was Mr. Tola, aka Candy Daddy.

Olumide Akinloye has completed renovation of the facility. The artificial grass has been replaced and Christmas trees installed at the amusement section for children.

In the night of Wednesday, December 9, 2015, music maker, RunTown and his crew were at D’Place by Papas niteclub, Lekki, Lagos. They stormed the fun haven in a convoy of five exotic cars.
They arrived at exactly 2am. They rocked until about 4:05am, went to the restaurant downstairs, ordered for take away and filed out.
