International business mogul, Charles Nwafor has completed and officially opened his Iju-Ishaga, Lagos mega hotel. Branded Grandy Suites, the eye-popping facility at White House Bus Stop is a 43-room affair.

In an exclusive chat with ENCOMIUM Weekly, Okafor said he is interested in bringing world-class services he has tasted in the sector the world over.

He also confessed that since Grandy Suites was officially opened on February 7, 2014, patronage has been quite beyond his expectation.

With multiple bars in and outside the facility, halls and a lounge, Charles Okafor’s dream hotel is a tourist haven that would offer Lagosians and even expatriates affordable and quality services.

“I have to suspend the facility we were developing in Ajah, Lagos, to complete Grand Suites. And here, we are not after making money for now, but providing comfort for our clients,” the chairman/CEO, Grandy Suites said.
