Former England and Arsenal defender – Sol Campbell – has put his luxury home in Cheyne Walk, Chelsea (London) on the market for £25 million – after he criticized the proposed tax on homes on Twitter.
The luxury apartment has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a drawing room, library, dining room and a separate mews home at the rear, sitting on 7,224 sq/ft of space and also features a lift, 45-foot garden and an underground tunnel which links the main home and the mews property at the rear.
The property comes onto the market just over a week after the ex-Tottenham man criticized the proposed mansion tax, which seeks to impose tax on properties worth £2m or more in Britain and would see him pay around £250,000 per year on that property.
