Official figures show that wealthy buyers from abroad bought twenty percent of properties in London’s most exclusive boroughs last year.
According to data from the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, one in five homes sold in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, along with the City of London were purchased by those from overseas.
