Heineken 192 countries: 6 historic locations the winners visited in Amsterdam

Heineken, the world’s leading international premium beer brand, rewarded seven lucky consumers with an all-expense paid travel European experience to Amsterdam, Paris and Barcelona. Here are six historic locations they visited in Amsterdam:

Heineken Experience:
Now, this is a sight to behold. The ‘Heineken Experience’ holds the heritage of Heineken. It is a historic brewery which was designed for consumers to connect with beer-making and the history of Heineken.

 

Sea Palace:

The winners explored the Chinese pagoda-style restaurant situated in the centre of Amsterdam near the Central Station. This unique experience was amplified by the mystical exotic surroundings.

 

Zaanse Schans:

The winners got to tour Zaanse Schans, where they got to tour the wooden houses and browse the shops. Their day out at Zaanse Schans was fun and educational.

Dam Square:

The winners got to explore the town square in Amsterdam, known for its notable buildings and frequent events. The Dam Square lies in the historical center of Amsterdam, approximately 750 meters south of the main transportation hub, Centraal Station. So, of course they learnt a thing or two about Amsterdam’s history.

‘This Is Holland’:

The winners had a fun filled day enjoying the ultimate experience. The unique flight experience features an enormous spherical screen and special effects such as wind, fog and various scents. ‘This Is Holland’ helped them learn more about the Netherlands by showing an inspiring movie of Amsterdam’s history. It was definitely a flight to remember!

 

Canal Cruise:

Did you know Amsterdam is a city built on water? Guess not! No wonder the canal cruise was one of the highlights of the trip.
