While men orgasm 95 percent of the time they have sex, women only reach that pleasurable threshold once every three times they copulate, according to a study conducted in the United States of America.
So, why is orgasm elusive? And how can it be easily replicated?
Two doctorate degree students, Gonzalo Quintana and Conall Cionnaith have listed confidence and communication as two factors that amplify orgasm for women.
When these elements are present, the likelihood of orgasm improves tremendously.
Here’s how it works:
1. Confidence – once you are confident, have a positive body image and appreciate the role of sex in relationships and happy with your partner, it becomes increasingly easier to climax.
Positive vibes about sex, in a cosy and comfortable space with a man you are relaxed with, all create the chances of orgasm.
2. Communication – knowing what multiplies your pleasure and communicating it to your partner make orgasm achievable.
Know what makes you enjoy sex, what takes you to the top of pleasure, and tell your man.
Talking and accelerating pleasurable actions move the big O closer.
