I have been deserted by my traditional ruler colleagues – deposed Baale of Shangisha

Chief Mutiu Ogundare, the deposed Baale of Shangisha in Ikosi – Isheri LCDA of Lagos State, has cried out of not only being deserted by his other traditional rulers in the state but also completely abandoned .
Chief Ogundare who is in detention in Kirikiri Maximum Prisons for faking his kidnap told an Ikeja High Court vacation Judge,  Justice Hakeem Oshodi, on Tuesday, August 29,2017, through his lawyer, Chief H. N. Ogirien, that none of his colleague traditional rulers was willing to stand surety for him in order to meet his bail conditions.
Not only that, he said no public servant on salary grade 17 (director) in the state employment was also willing to stand surety for him also.
He therefore asked the judge to relax or change the bail conditions to enable them (his accomplices which includes his wife and one other man) to perfect their bail conditions.
The Judge, though surprised that he could not get any of his former colleagues to stand surety for him, dismissed the request and asked him to go back to the lower court which granted the bail conditions in the first place.
Magistrate T. Akanni of Ogba Magistrate court had on July 20, 2017, granted the deposed Baale, his wife and one Mohammed Babatunde, N2 million bail each with two sureties in like sum.
The sureties must include a traditional ruler, person with registered property in Lagos, a tax payer, a grade level 17 officer in the state public service.
Chief Mutiu Ogundare, his wife,  Abolanle and Mohammed Babatunde were arrested by the police for faking his kidnap. He was first suspended by Lagos State government before he was deposed as Baale on July 17, 2017.
With the situation of things the Baale and his accomplices will remain in Kirikiri Maximum prison till October when the courts will resume from vacation.
