Adamawa state governor, Bala Ngillari today (October 9, 2014) declared that he bears no grudges against all those who offended him before his emergence as governor through the courts.
He said this when he met with the state PDP stakeholders at the state party secretariat with a view to reconcile aggrieved members of the party. He added that his emergence as a state governor was the will of God “Who gives leadership to whoever He wants at a time He wants”.
“Personally, I don’t have any grudges with anybody in my mind and for the sake of unity and peace of the state and the ruling party, I forgive anybody that directly or indirectly offended me,” he stated.
The sacked Acting Governor, Alhaji Ahmadu Fintiri, was noticeably absent at the meeting.
