I’m not a bully, The Apprentice boss, Lord Sugar claims

Alan Sugar has denied allegations that he bullies candidates on The Apprentice despite his antics and whimsical firing and hiring.

The 67-year-old says he only speaks his mind and does not see how speaking one’s mind amounts to bullying.

“They’ve not just arrived from the planet Mars… or been banged up in some Siberian prison somewhere. They know what they are letting themselves in for – it’s as simple as that,’ Lord Sugar told the Radio Times.

‘I don’t flower my words. If someone is useless, I’ll tell them. If someone has done a good job, I’ll also tell them. It is not bullying to speak your mind,’ he added.
