Investigators detain four more persons after death of Total Oil company boss

As the investigation into the plane crash that killed Total Oil boss and three others continues, Russian officials yesterday (Thursday, October 23), detained four more members of staff at Moscow’s Vnukovo airport (Russia) – where the tragic incident took place.

Christophe de Margerie (the French oil company boss) died when the private plane he and three others were traveling in collided with a snowplough.

Among those being held are a trainee air traffic controller, her supervisor, a snowplough driver, the head of the airport’s air traffic controllers and the head of the runway cleaners’ department.
