IPC says Oscar Pistorius will not compete in 2016 Olympics even if jail term is cut short

The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) has said that South African athlete,Oscar Pistorius  will not be allowed to run in the 2016 Rio Paralympics, even if he is free from prison early.

The Paralympian was today (October 21) given a five-year jail term for killing his girlfriend (Reeva Steenkamp) on February 14,2014, but he could be free in 10 months as he could be allowed to complete the rest of the sentence under house arrest.
