Isalu Hospital’s Nmulti-million Ogba, Lagos edifice nears completion

LAGOS private clinic, Isalu Hospital’s multi-million naira health facility is nearing completion.

Located along the busy Ogba/Ijaiye Road, Ikeja, Lagos, the six-floor edifice which was reportedly started last year might be completed this year.

The multi-storey building, ENCOMIUM Weekly gathered, is being handled by indigenous building design and construction companies who have deployed their expertise to interpret the ambitious architectural wonder.

While Crescent Konsult, architects, Lagos-based project managers and building contractors, designed the wondrous structure, bordering Blue Cross Hospital, UBA and close to Tastee Fried Chicken and Zenith Bank, Isalu management contracted the services of SEC Consult, a civil and environmental engineering firm to erect the magnificent structure.

ENCOMIUM Weekly also found out that mechanical and electrical aspects of the eye-popping project are being undertaken by another Lagos-based chartered and mechanical engineer, Shell Concepts.

And with over N200 million reportedly spent so far, building experts say the mega project would gulp some more millions of naira, considering its design, as well as the state-of-the-art medical equipment the owners are importing to rub shoulders with competitors.

Isalu Hospital owned by a General Practitioner, Dr. Sanusi was first berthed at No.10 WEMPCO Road, Off Agidingbi Road, Ikeja, Lagos.

The private clinic moved to Ogba Housing Estate behind Excellence Hotel in the same neighbourhood, when the road was undergoing major construction.

Isalu Hospitals now have two facilities located off Odunsanmi Street, while awaiting the completion of their five-storey mega structure which would serve as corporate headquarters, with dream of future expansion.
