Jonathan’s accreditation couldn’t be completed, INEC REC confirms

The President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan couldn’t complete his accreditation at 9:57 am, after beginning the process at 9:20 am in Otuoke, Bayelsa. It took more than 35 minutes and  his biometrics couldn’t be  confirmed, raising concerns and all sorts of apprehension and permutations. The card reader had to be substituted four times. The president arrived the polling unit with his wife and mother, accompanied by many aides. The president was later on the phone asking about situation reports across the nation from INEC chairman. The president encouraged Nigerians to be patient if they experience hitches with the card reader. INEC REC in Bayelsa confirmed that the card reader didn’t work for the president and his wife… but others are successfully accredited gradually.
