Jonathan’s accreditation in Otuoke taking many minutes at 9:20 am

President Goodluck  Jonathan arrived his polling unit at 9:16 am (in Otuoke, Bayelsa), and got ready to be accredited around 9:18 am and his accreditation started at 9:20 am. The exercise is taking many minutes to complete. By 9:33 am he was still not done, with the card reader still yet to confirm the President’s bio-metrics. There appeared to be some problems with the process. He was accompanied by his wife (who was also accredited) and many aides. There are about 670 registered voters in the polling unit.
