The killers of Hector Jobarteh, winner of third edition, Guilder Ultimate Search (GUS 3), has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command. Six of the killers were paraded at the Command Headquarters, Ikeja, on Thursday, September 14, 2017.
The State Police Commissioner, Imohimi Edgal, stated that arrest made in the last one week included six killers of Hector, five suspected robbers, five suspected kidnappers and three suspected cultists.
Hector Jobarteh was murdered on Monday, September 4, 201, at his residence in Oko-Oba, Lagos, shortly after his return from Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, after picking up a sibling.
Confession made by one of the killers revealed he is a driver with a transport firm (Uber), while others were found with Hector’s cell phone. Though one of the suspects is at large, the names of the paraded ones are Igana, 28; John, 26; Adekunle, 19; Madu, 24; Adeyemi, 20, and Adekunle, 25.
