The governor of the good people of Kano, Alhaji Rabiu Kwakwanso polled 974 votes ( at 5:12 pm) at the ongoing All Progressives Congress’ presidential primaries at Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere (Lagos).
And at the end of the day, he’s likely to come second, to General Muhammadu Buhari’s 3,430 votes.
Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is third with 954 votes.
Mr. Sam Nda-Isaiah polled only 10 votes announced at 5:16 pm. The votes of  Owelle Rochas Okorocha will be counted in due course –and the eventual winner (Buhari) announced and declared as APC presidential flagbearer.
The opposition’s primaries, which has generated widespread interest, will see Buhari contesting against President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015 elections.
Many are clamouring for change –but it is unclear how the elections will go in February 2015…
