LUTH bars Mayowa Ahmed’s visitors over scam controversy

The controversy surrounding Mayowa Ahmed Sukurat’s fund raising is yet to abate as more details emerge by the hour. The story is the same at Lagos University Teaching, Idi Araba, Surulere, where pandemonium best describes the atmosphere.

In fact, a visit  to LUTH  revealed that the case is getting messier. Visitors have been barred from visiting the stage 4 ovarian cancer patient at her E8 ward. Only her family members now have access to her.

When ENCOMIUM weekly visited LUTH on Thursday, July 27, 2016, there was pandemonium in the atmosphere. We gathered that fair skinned actress Toyin Aimaku just left the scene after having a series of arguments and disagreement over the allegations that the whole case was a scam in a video she posted online. She was in the forefront of those who solicited for funds for Mayowa.

Attempts to speak with friends and relatives of Mayowa proved abortive as each distanced themselves from her case.
