Police said on Friday (October 24) that a man shot his 13-year-old neighbour nine times, because the youngster laughed at his misfortune after his home was robbed in Gary, Indiana (USA).
According to Lt. Thomas Pawlak (of Gary police), Kobe Jones was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident from multiple gunshot wounds.
He added that Jones was shot by a neighbour (police are yet to release his name), after the teen laughed at him after he began yelling in anger outside his burglarized home. The shooter and his girlfriend fled the scene in a car, but returned at around 7:00 p.m. and surrendered to police.
