Man with two foot-long beard officially has the longest in Britain

29-year-old Michael Legge has been grooming his beard for four years. His reward is that he officially now has the longest beard in all of Britain, with it measuring an impressive two foot (24 inches).

The Rotherham-born dad-of-two said: “I’ve entered twelve competitions and come first in ten of them”.

Continuing, he said: “The last one I won was The British Beard and Moustache Championships in Bath in September, in the Full Beard Natural over twelve inches category”.
