Mayowa Shukurat Ahmed, the 31 year old graduate of University of Lagos, who died from complications of stage 4 ovarian cancer on Sunday, August 21, 2016, in South Africa, was full of life many months ago. From a beautiful lady, the ailment ravaged and turned her into a shadow.
Right before our eyes following the fund raiser for her treatment abroad, she had already lost a lot of weight with bones visible.
Those who knew her well, and from pictures available, paint a sad portrait of her transformation from a healthy, up and about damsel to a barely recognizable bag of bones.
